LJM Products Ltd. is fully aware of the concerns that some Engineering Sectors have with regard to manufacturing in China & Asia.
These concerns are normally in regard to response, distance, quality and the language barrier.
We have successfully reassured our customers that when we commit to being your partner, you are working with a UK based Company that has years of experience within all manufacturing
processes and, along with our manufacturing partners
who are also experienced within their specific disciplines, strive to eradicate any fears or misgivings that you may have with regard to the above.
Our manufacturing partners in China & Asia are all ISO Approved, thus ensuring International Standards are followed, maintained and exceeded. Wherever possible, our customer products are produced from hard tooling, jigs and fixtures. This maintains repeatable, quality parts from first to last, giving the most cost-effective solution and ensures the Process are always in Total Control. All tooling, Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures are manufactured and maintained by In-House Toolrooms,
thus ensuring any production issues are dealt with straight away and guarantee full control from start to finish.
In addition to being ISO approved, our partners also have various other
approvals relative to the electronic industry and once we have established
terms, we encourage our customers to view for themselves with on-site
assessments.
Quality, Cost, Reliability and Service are not listed in any particular order. They all come first with
